Here are the results from fondant and gumpaste class at the Viking Store. I learned so many new things, and I wish they would add more advanced classes on to their schedule!
When I rolled my fondant out, it ended up looking like a fish. However, it went on the cake very smoothly. In the class, we used a brand of fondant called fondarific. And guess what? It actually tasted really, really good.
